Jaime Lynn Pratt
Jaime Lynn Pratt, 46, of Pittsfield, died on July 11, 2022, while held at the Western Massachusetts Regional Women's Correctional Center in Chicopee. Her obituary describes her as a former certified nursing assistant and housekeeper who loved art and dancing, and who always looked after others before herself. Staff gave her life-preserving aid after a medical emergency, and she was taken by ambulance to Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, where she was pronounced dead. The Hampden County sheriff and jail officials attribute her death to natural causes related to a pre-existing condition, and her father said the family was waiting a couple of months for the official cause-of-death answer.
