Jacob Major
Jacob Major, 43, was held at the ASPC-Lewis state prison in Arizona. The Arizona Department of Corrections, Rehabilitation and Reentry said several other people held there attacked him on December 14, and that he died on December 16 at the Abrazo West campus. The department's Office of the Inspector General is investigating the death as a homicide.
