Jackie Oliver
Jackie Oliver, 46, of Covington, died on March 27, 2010. According to Covington police, he became lethargic and uncommunicative after being brought to the Kenton County Jail, and he died after being taken to St. Elizabeth Hospital. Police said at the time that they were not releasing further information about his death.
