Jackie Israel Sanders
Jackie Israel Sanders, 33, was from Spartanburg, South Carolina. According to the sheriff's office, he ran from a traffic stop and later agreed to surrender, and he died in the back of a deputy's cruiser while being taken to jail in 2020. The deputy found him unresponsive when they reached the jail, and he was pronounced dead at the scene. The sheriff said an autopsy attributed his death to an enlarged heart.
