Jack Talbizter
Jack Talbizter, 59, died on August 15, 2022, at a hospital in Lincoln, Nebraska, where he had been receiving treatment for a medical condition. He had been held at the NDCS Reception and Treatment Center in Lincoln. The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services announced his death in a release. As of publication, the cause of death had not been determined. A grand jury is to investigate, as it does for deaths in state custody.
