Jack McCarthy
Jack McCarthy died in November 2020 after he attempted suicide in his cell at the Anderson County jail in Tennessee. According to District Attorney General Dave Clark, he tore part of his bed sheet into a rope and hanged himself while alone in the cell. Clark said he died a few days later in a hospital. Clark attributed the conclusion that no criminal action was suspected to a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation probe and a medical examiner's investigation.
