Jack Clark Jr., 60, died on October 9, 2013, while held at the Bartow County Jail in Bartow County, Georgia. According to Sheriff Clark Millsap, he died by suicide in the jail's medical center, and a nurse found him hanging from his bed sheet after completing her rounds. The sheriff said he had been held at the jail for mental health reasons. A news report likewise listed the cause of death as suicide.
