Jack Cebenka
Jack Cebenka, 48, of Milton, Delaware, died on January 15, 2022, while held at Sussex Correctional Institution in Georgetown. Delaware Department of Correction officials said he died by apparent suicide while alone in a single-occupant cell, and that they do not suspect foul play. He was pronounced dead en route to Beebe Hospital. Delaware State Police are investigating the death.
