Jack A. Sterling, 75, died on February 12, 2022, at a hospital near Snake River Correctional Institution in Ontario, Oregon, where he was held. The Oregon Department of Corrections reported the death, and Oregon State Police were notified. The State Medical Examiner will determine the cause and manner of death.
