Isaiah Trammel
Isaiah Trammel, 19, was autistic, and advocates describe him as somebody's son, brother and friend. He was held at the Montgomery County Jail in Ohio in 2023, and a video shows him repeatedly striking his head against a wall and being restrained to a chair after he asked for his medication. He was taken to hospital and died three days later. The Montgomery County coroner ruled his death a suicide, while the Montgomery County Jail Coalition disputes that and says it was preventable.
