Isaiah Rashad Lowe
Isaiah Rashad Lowe was 20 years old and from Hoover, Alabama. He had been held at the Jefferson County Jail since December 2022. On March 6, 2023, he was found in his cell showing signs of what the coroner's office called apparent medical complications, and he died at UAB Hospital the next morning. The sheriff's office said it was investigating.
