Isaac Serrano-Dominguez
Isaac Serrano-Dominguez, 20, died on December 8, 2022, while held at the Tecumseh State Correctional Institution in Tecumseh, Nebraska. The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services announced the death in a press release the following day. The department said the cause and manner of death had not yet been determined, and that a grand jury will investigate, as it does for any death in its custody.
