Isaac Newton Throckmorton, 44, was from Madison, Alabama. He was taken to the Morgan County jail on a Sunday in September 2019 and placed in the jail's medical unit to go through detox. On the afternoon of Wednesday, September 25, he was found unresponsive and was declared dead after being taken to a hospital. The sheriff's office said an autopsy would determine how he died.
