Isaac Jackson
Isaac Jackson, 40, was found dead in his cell at the Kenton County Jail in Covington, Kentucky, in late March 2009. His mother, Frances Gardner, says she is still waiting for answers about why her son was housed with the man police named as responsible. Police say another person held at the jail strangled him while he slept, and jail officials opened an internal investigation into the death and how the two men came to share the same unit.
