Isaac Gregory Jr.
Isaac Gregory Jr., a man who had asthma, was held at the Suwannee County Jail in Florida for nearly three months. On January 5, 2010, he received a breathing treatment and told staff it was not working, and according to the Suwannee Democrat, the jail physician was called and arrived. Mr. Gregory died of an apparent cardiac arrest while sitting in his wheelchair.
