Hugo Villegas
Hugo Villegas, 32, died on October 5, 2022, while held at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Beaumont Medium in Beaumont, Texas. The Federal Bureau of Prisons said he was found unresponsive that morning, and that staff began life-saving measures and called EMS before he was taken to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Bureau has not stated a cause or manner of death, and the FBI was notified and is investigating the death.
