Herbert Tilghman
Herbert Tilghman, 46, died on August 20, 2020, while held at Dauphin County Prison. Reporting says he collapsed in the shower a day after an earlier medical emergency in which he complained of stomach pain, and jail reports say medical staff dismissed his symptoms as faking.
