Henry Martin
Henry Martin was held in the jail at Nebraska City, Nebraska, in December 1878. According to the Evening Star, around 2 a.m. on December 10, a mob broke into the jail, took him out and hanged him from a tree. He was killed by that mob while in the jail's custody.
