Henry Lisowski
Henry Lisowski, 69, was a German-born businessman from Ocean Beach. He was held at the Vista Detention Facility in San Diego County, where he was found unresponsive on his bunk at about 4:15 a.m. on March 25, 2010. The Medical Examiner's Office had not released a cause of death. Notes were found near his body.
