Helen Williams, 43, died on June 26, 2024, while held at the Baltimore Central Booking & Intake Center in Baltimore, Maryland. A spokesperson for the Maryland Department of Public Safety and Correctional Services said Helen was found unresponsive around 7 p.m. and fire department medics pronounced her dead shortly before 7:45 p.m. The medical examiner is investigating the cause of death, and no cause or manner has been announced.
