Hector Ruiz-Santos
Hector Ruiz-Santos, 42, died on October 9, 2023, after St. Mary Parish deputies brought him to the St. Mary Parish Law Enforcement Center. The St. Mary Parish Sheriff's Office said attempts to save his life failed. Detective David Spencer said the sheriff's office is investigating the death and that no cause has been announced.
