Hector Medrano
Hector Medrano, 27, was found unresponsive in his cell at the Pima County Adult Detention Complex in Tucson, Arizona, in the early morning hours of September 6, 2020. Officers, medical staff and Tucson Fire Department personnel tried to save him, and he was pronounced dead. The Pima County Sheriff's Department said the investigation was ongoing and that the cause and manner of death were pending.
