Heath Cowin, 57, died on July 30, 2025, at the Southeast Correctional Center in Charleston, Missouri, where he was in the custody of the Missouri Department of Corrections. The department said he was pronounced dead at 6:12 a.m. It said an autopsy will be conducted, and no cause of death has been given so far.
