Hayden Schuck
Hayden Schuck was 22 when he died in 2022 after several days held in a holding cell at the Central Jail in downtown San Diego. A federal magistrate judge found on July 29 that 57 hours of video from a camera pointed at the hallway outside his cell had been erased, and called the loss "shocking."
