Hayden Phipps
Hayden Phipps, 21, died on December 13, 2024, after he was found hanging in his cell at the Miller County Sheriff's Detention Center in Texarkana, Arkansas. According to the Arkansas State Police press release, he died from his injuries. The sheriff's office said in a news release that authorities are investigating his death. Arkansas State Police are also investigating, and his body was sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab, where the manner of death is pending.
