Harvey Childs
Harvey Childs, 89, died on February 18, 2015, at the Special Needs Unit of the Ouachita River Unit in Arkansas, where he was held in state prison. The Arkansas Department of Correction spokesman said his death was from natural causes. The department said it would not refer the death to the Arkansas State Police for investigation.
