Died in jail or a lockup
Harry Cooper
Harry Cooper, 26, of Texarkana, Arkansas, died on October 31, 2025, while held at the Miller County Detention Center. During a routine security check, staff found Cooper on the floor of the facility. In a press release, Sheriff Wayne Easley's office said Cooper could not be saved. The sheriff's office said the body was sent to the Arkansas State Crime Lab for an autopsy and that the death remains under active investigation, so no cause or manner has been determined.
