Hackney
According to a 1922 newspaper report, a mob of about 300 people took Hackney from the jail in Waco, Texas, where he was being held, and hanged him. The report says a recent gunshot wound had left one of his legs disabled. It also says he spoke calmly to the crowd before he was hanged.
