Gray Lee Belden

Gray Lee Belden, 67, was held at the Wyoming State Penitentiary when he died on February 15, 2021, at Carbon County Hospital in Rawlins. The Wyoming Department of Corrections said an autopsy will determine the cause of death. The department said it does not release protected health information.
