Glen Horner
Glen Dale Horner died on January 20, 2025, while held at the James V. Allred Unit, a Texas prison in Wichita County. The Texas Office of the Attorney General's custodial death report records his death at that facility. Texomashomepage.com reported that he was found unresponsive in his cell, and officials said they had seen no signs of foul play. As of its February 5, 2025 report, the official cause of death had not been determined and the death was still under investigation.
