Giovanni Love
Giovanni Love, 20, died at the D.C. Jail in June 2022. His family remembers him as a young man who loved the woods of Maryland, feeding deer and looking for snakes and bugs, and who was trying to be a better father and to finish his GED before aging out of foster care.
