Geraldo J. Maldonado
Geraldo J. Maldonado, 43, died on Monday, October 5, 2026, while held at SCI Huntingdon in Huntingdon County, Pennsylvania. Prison staff found him unresponsive in his cell, and he was taken to Penn Highlands Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The cause and manner of death have not been announced. Pennsylvania State Police and the Huntingdon County Coroner's office are investigating his death.
