George Adams III
George Adams III, 46, died at the Chesterfield County Jail in Virginia early on September 27, 2020. Capt. Donald W. Huff of the Chesterfield County Sheriff's Office said his cellmate reported he was in medical distress, and he was pronounced dead after Chesterfield Fire and EMS took over. His body was sent to the State Medical Examiner's Office, and the cause and manner of his death are pending. A joint investigation with Chesterfield police and sheriff's detectives is underway.
