Gary Wayne Kilgore
Gary Wayne Kilgore, 72, died on December 21, 2020, at a hospital after being held at Federal Correctional Institution Ashland in Kentucky. The Federal Bureau of Prisons said he tested positive for COVID-19 in late November, was placed in medical isolation, and was then taken to the hospital with shortness of breath and weakness. The agency attributed his death to COVID-19 and said he had long-term medical conditions that the CDC lists as risk factors.
