Gary Bruce Walker
Gary Bruce Walker, 59, of Tigard, died on August 5, 2015, after being held at the Washington County Jail in Oregon. According to the account of the state medical examiner's office, which ruled the death a suicide, a deputy found him hanging from a desk in his single cell during a round of checks. Deputies tried to resuscitate him before medics arrived, and he died at a hospital shortly before 8 p.m. County detectives are investigating the death.
