Frederick “Ricky” Turner
Frederick "Ricky" Turner, a man from northern Virginia, was found dead at USP Florence-High in Colorado in June 2019. His sisters described him as a steady worker who held two jobs, attended Narcotics Anonymous and church, and was a calming presence for his nephew.
