Frederick Ivan White
Frederick Ivan White, 65, was found hanging from the top bunk of his cell at the Utah State Prison in Draper on May 5, 2014. Utah Department of Corrections spokeswoman Brooke Adams said the death appeared to be a suicide. The Unified Police Department is investigating, pending an autopsy by the Utah State Medical Examiner's Office.
