Franklin Corun
Franklin Corun, 44, died on Monday, October 12, 2015, while held at the jail in Hagerstown, Maryland. The Washington County Sheriff's Office said a routine check had seen him alive about 30 minutes before he was found unresponsive on a bunk in his solo cell that evening. The sheriff's office said it is investigating his death, and it has not stated a cause.
