Frank Wilson

Frank Wilson, a Black man, was executed at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on the morning of Wednesday, July 11, 1877, according to a telegraphic report printed in the Cheyenne Daily Leader. The Milan Exchange, reporting the execution on the same date, says he confessed some days before he died.
