Frank Olivas
Frank Olivas, 71, of Placentia, died on July 4, 2022, while held at the West Valley Detention Center in San Bernardino County. According to the Victorville Daily Press, he fell from the second floor of a housing unit, and deputies and medical staff gave him aid afterward. San Bernardino County Sheriff's officials listed his death among in-custody deaths. The cause of death has not been stated in the reporting.
