Frank Mackabee
Frank Mackabee, 61, was held at Central Mississippi Correctional Facility in Rankin County, Mississippi. He had been hospitalized at Merit Health Central in Jackson since September 29, and was pronounced dead there in October 2020. The Mississippi Department of Corrections said an autopsy would be performed, and no cause of death had been announced.
