Frank LoCascio, 89, died on October 1, 2021, at the Federal Medical Center, Devens, a federal prison in Massachusetts that houses people with health problems. His daughter, Lisa LoCascio, said he was a favorite among the staff there and called her the Monday before he died to say goodbye.
