Frank Jones

Frank Jones, a Black man, was hanged in the jail yard at Elliott City, Maryland, on Friday, June 20, 1902, according to a brief telegram published in The Beatrice Daily Express the next day. John Johnson was hanged in the same jail yard that day. Frank Jones died while held at the Elliott City jail.
