Frank Hughes
Frank Hughes was held in the jail at Georgetown, Kentucky. According to a newspaper report published in September 1891, a mob took him from that jail and hanged him. He died while in the custody of the jail, and the mob, not the jail's staff, is named in the account as the people who killed him.
