Frank E. Maclaine, 68, of Maple Shade, died on July 7, 2014, in the intensive care unit of The Memorial Hospital of Salem County. He had been held at the Salem County Correctional Facility before he was admitted to the hospital in late June. His attorney, Al Wheeler, believes he had stomach cancer, though the diagnosis could not be confirmed.
