Frank Almy

Frank Almy was hanged at the Concord jail in Concord, New Hampshire, in May 1893, as an execution carried out by the state. According to a May 1893 newspaper report, the drop was wrong: his feet touched the floor, so he was strangled slowly rather than killed outright.
