Francisco Flores-Rocha
Francisco Flores-Rocha died on July 4, 2016, while held at Green Bay Correctional Institution in Allouez, Wisconsin. The state Department of Corrections has not released a cause of death. The sheriff's office said there was so far no indication the death was suspicious. The department did not confirm a report that he had been named in connection with an attack on three staff members the previous week.
