Fox
Fox was put to death in the electric chair at the South Carolina state penitentiary in Columbia in June 1922, together with two other men. Sources give the date as either June 10 or June 16. Petitions for commutation were presented to the governor, and one newspaper reported they were signed by some of the jurors at his trial; the governor declined to intervene.
