Fernando Carr
Fernando Carr, 29, died at Kennestone Hospital on November 13, 2023, after being held at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center in Georgia. According to the Cobb County Sheriff's Office, he reported chest pains in the recreation yard and was treated in the infirmary, where a second episode during his care required life-saving techniques. FOX 5 Atlanta reported that he began seizing in the infirmary, and officials said he had a documented heart condition. The medical examiner will perform an autopsy to determine the cause of death, and the Georgia Bureau of Investigation has been notified.
