Faye Copeland
Faye Copeland, 82, died on December 28, 2003, at the Morningside Center nursing home in Livingston County, Missouri, where she had been placed on medical parole. Petitions sent to the governor in 1995 and 1999 on her behalf said she posed no threat and argued that her age meant she should be brought home.
